Oyster dip

Ntombi suggested y'all NK folks might like my oyster dip/spread:

1 can (3.75 oz) smoked oysters in oil
3 Tbl cream cheese, softened
dash lemon pepper (optional)
dash hot sauce
tsp worchestershire

It's roughly 73% fat, 12% carb, 17% pro but it will vary based on the brands you choose. mine were reese brand smoked oysters in cottonseed oil, lee and perrins worch sauce, tabasco, and full fat philly.

I had it with pork rinds last night, and it was incredibly filling. I added a lot more hot sauce, some habanero mustard, and some garlic too. I was stuffed for hours after eating about two-thirds of the bowl.

I'm going to mix the rest with some egg salad today.

Just reporting that it worked very well mixed in with egg salad too.
