I had a busy and food filled weekend! saturday was UUAD, yesterday was a controlled but higher DD! Ready for the start of the new week!

B - 2 eggs, toast 240c
S - protein granola bar 190c
L - possibly salad or soup I know there's chicken at work too
(we got in late last night so we literally brought in the luggage and went to bed)
D - not sure. today is a WORK in PROGRESS!

Morning Monica!

Since your were gone this week end I have decided to start JUDDD. I just realized we are on the same day so that will be neat to compare days. Did great on first DD only 3 cal. over. Now trying a up day.

B- chocolate chip scone 300 cal. diet coke
Not decided on the rest of day yet still looking over options.

Have a great day and thanks for all the post you have done with me. That is what caught my eye for JUDDD. So many of you that talked to me were on it.

B- 3 Atkins pancakes, turkey patty, walden farms syrup, coffee with HWC
L- cheeseburger, 1/4 C almonds
D- shredded chicken, broccoli, 1 tbsp soy sauce

total= 1530 (so far)

I DID have a great weekend! Lots of fun with all my kids.

I am going for a high-protein Up Day today, in preparation for a challenge later this week. I want to go into it feeling great.

So breakfast this morning was lox and a green smoothie.
Right now I am frying up some catfish for an early lunch.
I may meet a friend for a tomato soup snack in the afternoon.
And dinner is salmon sashimi and shrimp.

A plan to make me smile, in spite of it possibly being the last time I will see my friend for a year or more.

yesterday, and have had that on my mind ever since. I didn't even make it
from scratch- I made my cheater's version! Doesn't matter- it was GOOD!

Oh, I meant to put a link to menemen in my post above. Well, I'll put it here.
For my cheater's version, I melt a tablespoon of butter in a small skillet, add

scramble and serve. I had never heard of putting cheese on it, until I started

yes I have come over to the dark side. HEHE! I can't let you have all the fun now can I.

doing ok today. 300 breakfast, 310 lunch, 470 Dinner,170 snack have 362 to go after I eat Dinner. This is how I have it so far. Hope you are doing fine.

Pami I just saw where you from. I am in Franklin in the country. If you take the Middletown exit I am 2 miles from exit. You are only maybe 15 to 20 min. away. Nice meeting you! Judy

I've also had a snack of 2 oz PB, and there will be calories left for something for dessert. Nice!

My friend told me at lunch I'm looking skinny. I know I'm still far from skinny, only compared with how heavy I have been, but it felt good to hear it.

I started out the day intending to do a high DD or a MD. I also brought a whole sleeve of saltines that I was going to count out for 60 cals. Right. I ate the whole sleeve. Then I couldn't resist a co-workers chocolate candy on her desk. So, I guess I was at about 1000 when I left work. I won't go over my UD cals, but the DD is shot.

Dinner: Pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes, corn
