B/L-chocolate peanutbutter protein shake, coffee w/SF creamer
D-salad w/chicken sausage
S-probably a 14 calorie ice pop or 2

I'm trying a HWC (heavy whipping cream) in drinks day, but may have an avocado and egg for dinner. Would like to see if it moves some mostly-unexplained bounce up pounds on the scale more quickly than they have been coming off!

I did a coffee with HWC day - and it is 10pm and I am sooooo hungry.

I'm sticking it out, though.

Interesting, I've had more calories today than my last DD and I sailed through that day.

We were at a friend's 50th BD party and the restaurant has a menu section where every meal there is 550 calories or less.
