Avocado Sunrise Breakfast
This showed up on FB this morning. I can generally find the source of these
things, so I can Pin them. However, I am NOT a fan of avocados, so I'm not
going to Pin this. Therefore, I have not searched out the original source. I
just figured some of you all would find it appetizing.
Cayenne pepper (or any spice of your choice)
Remove the stone from an avocado. Scoop out a little more avocado to increase
the size of the stone’s crater. Crack an egg into the crater. Sprinkle with Cayenne
pepper (cheese too if you desire). Bake in the oven at 180 degrees (I think they
mean 350F here) until egg is cooked to the level you like.

Wow, interesting idea! I might try that - for ME, cuz DH wouldn't touch that with a ten-foot fork!
With a side of bacon I bet that breakfast would hold me til dinnertime.
