Thanks everyone! I am eating lowcarb as well as IF. I re-started on LC on
April 8, and then added in the IF, in the form of JUDDD on May 20.
My first goal is 50 pounds before the start of Fall Semester (August 19).
That might be a little ambitious, but I'm already 56% of the way there,
in 48% of the time- so who knows? I may make it!
