UD Sunday- what's your plan?

B- 3 slices bacon, 3 eggs scrambled with cheese and CO, coffee with HWC
L- probably nothing since I work all day
D- cheeseburger, 1/4 C almonds
Snack- salmon with 1 tbsp tartar sauce, broccoli with 1 tbsp butter

total- 1715

B- FF yogurt with MIO added, espresso w/ frothy HWC, SF Vanilla syrup
L-4 strips of maple bacon
D- probably a cheeseburger with no bun
I ate some chilli lime peanuts late last night so not really going over 900 cals today. TWO MDs on the weekend suits me better!

Start Date: vlc 1/2/12 @ 254; JUDDD restart 2/26/14 @ 200
B- egg beaters and Trader Joe's hash brown, bowl of Special K Protein Plus, iced coffee with lots of sg creamer: 450 calories
L- birthday cake with the family: 300 calories
D- Not sure, but with 1200 calories it can be pretty much anything. Maybe a burger and fries?

Celebrations today, with Eldest visiting, and Middlest graduating!
Breakfast was smoked pork chop, egg, and greens.
Not sure what lunch will be.
Dinner will be out having Mongolian Hot Pot. LOTS of lamb will be consumed, and there may be ice cream afterwards!

D- no earthly idea; I had planned LC baked beans w/ hot dogs,
but now I'm thinking of saving that until Tuesday
S- still have apple cake in the fridge, and there's alcohol in the freezer

There are plenty of calories around here-
it's just a matter of converting them from groceries to meals

Lunch ended up including a small bowl of pasta and sauce - about 250 calories

Dinner turned into McDonald's, which I hadn't had in forever. Crispy chicken sandwich and large fries-1000 calories. I didn't realize their fries had 500 calories alone.

Well, today ended up being another DD with nothing after lunch & ibuprofen.
I just didn't feel good enough to eat. I did, however, do some prep work on
my dried beans, so I believe my LC baked beans and hot dogs will be supper
tomorrow.

410 cals; 15g carbs, net (target is 408, per JUDDD calculator)

Ended the day around 2500 I think. Last time I was in WLM, I was very strict. Now that I'm close to goal, I'm loosening the reins a bit. I'm not going to stress about it. I'm NOT going to stress about it. I'm not!
