A whole box of Krispy Kreme cream donuts with chocolate frosting is like 1800 calories and at $3.99 it's cheaper than a value meal or most salads! Could always stuff a vitamin in one so it would become a health food right?

Is it really only 1800 calories? Krispy Kreme's are outrageously good, I might have to pick one up on my way home tonight.

Well I managed to find something online that says 360 per donut so a box would be 2160! I was off a little. I suppose I could add another 15 miles or so to my exercise today.

I just posted on NSV thread that I did NOT have a donut on national donut day even though it was an UD. That is a total victory for me because I've never met a donut I didn't like. A love a good donut with a hot cup of coffee...hmmm...maybe I should got gotten one...or 3

I survived without any donuts! I went right past the supermarket on the way home. They were calling my name.

I think I became aware of National Donut Day last night when I took my daily walk into town. I passed this amazing bakery that has been here forever (at least the 1960's). Luckily they were closed for the day , but I saw something in the window about Donut Day. I was too busy sniffering the heavenly aroma that still lingered around the place to care about the donut thing though.

It is somewhat torture living in my town because of that bakery and the local Baking Company that you can smell (depending on the wind direction) from almost anywhere in town...unless it mixes with the smell from the local dog food factory....then it's appetite suppression
