Hey, girls... :(

Hey, how is everyone? Been thinking of you guys, although not posting very much, I know. Well, I have an announcement to make and it's making me a little sad because everyone on this board is so nice! I'm not going to JUDDD for a while. I said I'd do it until my birthday (which is tomorrow ) -- and I have -- including today. I've been on plan, but ever since getting back from vacation (a month ago), I've just been gaining and losing the same four pounds. So, I'm frustrated to say the least. JUDDD seems to work great for me for maintenance, but losing -- not so much. I need the results to stay motivated. So, I've decided to go ahead and do a round of hcg and come back to JUDDD for maintenance of whatever losses I get on that round. HCG seemed to really help me with some hormonal issues before, and I didn't even manage a full round before I had to travel and screw everything up -- so I look forward to the benefits of actually doing a full round.

Anyway, that's my announcement -- thanks everyone for your wisdom and patience -- you guys are truly wonderful. I look forward to coming back and checking in regularly when I'm maintaining with JUDDD! I know I've seen a few ladies on here who've lost with HCG and then maintained with ADF -- so please share your tips if you feel like it! Thanks!

I'm going to take this as a "so long" and not a "goodbye" since you'll be back. And you can still come here and read and post with us while doing the hcg! I sure hope it works for you. I understand how you have to have results to keep fighting the fight. Fasting can be tough, and there needs to be a payoff. Good luck sweetie!

Thanks, you guys -- I have a habit of still lurking and reading all the threads, so I'm sure I'll be commenting. You guys are probably going to be like, "we thought you said you were leaving -- yet you're still here!!" :P lol. I guess I felt like I had to formally "announce" that I wasn't going to be JUDDD'ing for a while -- probably because I was just SO into it, and so committed this time... Even though I haven't gotten the results I'd been hoping for (wanted to see 220 by my birthday --- am actually weighing in at 231 as of this morning) -- that's ok -- I've enjoyed the journey and I'm proud of myself for hanging in there. So, yes, I'll surely be around. lol

Good luck with HCG Deen! I hope it gives you the motivation you need!

Please keep posting here too. I'm so curious to know how your bioidentical hormone treatment is going.

You had better not leave! Just pop in every now and then during HCG, no biggie! I'm glad you'll be back "officially" for maintenance anyways!

You guys are so awesome -- and I honesty feel that I will be more successful with hcg because I have just learned so much from doing JUDDD (mostly from you! :P)

DeeDee -- yes, I do have an update -- but unfortunately not much of one. I am seriously just about fed up with this "Well-being Center" or whatever the heck they call themselves, though. Honestly, they have to be the least professional medical "professionals" I've ever dealt with. I still don't have my prescription -- will give you all the gory details in that thread -- promise to update it today.

Good luck with the HCG! We'll see you soon.
JUDDD changed my life. It transformed my health, gave me freedom and restored my confidence.

JUDDD is very simple, very livable and very flexible. JUDDD allows weight loss and life to happen simultaneously.

Good luck!

Also, I never posted on your hrt thread, but I have had extensive experience with it. Was on bio-identicals for 5 years and stopped last year (after I went to a healer). After 5 years, my body was making enough of them on their own. Had an amazing doctor and great compounding pharmacy. Not cheap, but I wasn't able to lose weight for many years (also had PCOS) and now I'm JUDDDing and the weight is falling off with good rotations. I don't know if I can post my doc's name and/or number on here but if you are interested, send me a PM and I will be happy to pass the info along. She has helped several of my friends as well.

Wish you the best.
