B- My very first authentic bullet proof coffee. Man is EVCO expensive ($11) It was in fact very yummy. But I drank it about 3 hours ago and a moment ago got really bad stomach pains. Wondering if it's related?
S - ACV with 32 oz of water
L - Tuna in a cup, pickel spears, ACV with 32 oz of water
S - Jalepeno cheese (about an ounce)
D - Buffalo style chicken salad with EVOO and vinegar, sprinkling of cheddar cheese and 6 small green olives, ACV with about 20 oz of water

9 net carbs
