DD Tuesday What's The Plan?

Hey everybody and welcome to Tuesday! It's a well-deserved down day for me, and I'm really looking forward to it. I'm up at 4:00 and ready for my day with lots of energy already.

B- coffee w/HWC
L- Salmon, broccoli
D-
S- cottage cheese (if I need it)

My usual DD menu today, quick and simple

Breakfast and Lunch: none, just black coffee and water
Dinner: Mushroom and cheese omelette with steamed green veg

Four weeks in now and feeling very little DD hunger - happy about that!

Good morning Caroline C. up at 4:00 and lots of energy! WOW. I get up at 4:45 and I don't!

Fairy - awesome for no DD hunger. I am 1 years and 2 months in and I still don't have that!

Here's what I have:

2 eggs 140c
cottage cheese 80c
peaches 60c
salad 95c

Tonight crack slaw 200c

575c total!

First DD in a few weeks.

B: Black coffee (5)
S: I "might" have an espresso protein shake (120)
L: Small Wendy's chili with habanero hot sauce (180)
D: Whatever the family's having

I think I'm going to go back to WLM for a bit, but at higher DDs (600 or so = 35%) and see how it goes. I'm trying to get rid of the bloat from my extravagant weekend, and maybe drop another few pounds.

I messed up again yesterday... I don't know what my deal is. I was great all day yesterday until the evening. I don't know what I was thinking.

So another DD attempt for me today. First day on Ptero also. That seems to be helping a lot (I think).

My DD plan today is pretty simple. The simpler the better I am finding. Also starting later in the day is key for me.

Not till after 3pm- Protein shake
Around 8pm- If I feel like I can handle my soup without causing a binge I will have that. If not I will have half a protein shake before bed.

I also think skipping my green tea messed me up yesterday...

Heres to a PERFECT day.

I'm trying something a little different today. I'm going to attempt a DD close to my calculated DD number (395), and all in coffee/hwc. I just love the stuff, and for a couple of months I've wondered whether I could do a whole day with nothing but coffee with me beloved cream. I feel very satisfied after I've had it, and the all liquid may help with later in the day hungry feelings - once I've eaten anything solid, I want to eat more. So today, throughout the day, I'll try and have 4 large coffees, each with 2T of HWC and liquid splenda. That will total out to about 400 calories.

Fine print escape clause - if, as the day wears on, I can see this isn't going to work, I reserve the right to bail and have something to eat!

That actually sounds wonderful! I think if I had coffee all day long with as much cream as I wanted, I'd end up with closer to 800 calories. I like it creamy!

If a shake-up is what you need, this looks like a fun one to try.

Holding out as long as possible to have an inced coffee w/ sf creamer: 60 calories

Gluc powder pudding: 50 calories

Probably a second cup of coffee or some jello with ff whip cream: 60 calories

Shooting for under 200.

probably going to sample it with a good sized portion
of fresh strawberries, later.

3 cups strawberries, halved
1/4 cup dip

355 calories; 29g carbs, net
(My DD calorie target is 408)

Eating out tonight, so having very little calories

B: 1 oz lamb burger
L: 1 oz lamb burger, 4 oz cucumber, 4 oz cucumber pickles

so far 114 cal, saving 400-600 cal for dinner

Well change of plans, I cracked into one of my HB eggs and it had gone bad. Icky color and really funky smell. All 3 of the ones I'd brought to work were in the same condition, so I guess I'll just munch on pickles and drink broth until I get home tonight and come up with new game plan. I'm not really that hungry, so hopefully waiting until dinner time won't be much of a challenge. Or maybe this will be my first DD under 100 calories.

L: Small chili/hot sauce and CLA (193)
S: Black coffee (2)
D: Subway turkey salad with WF blue cheese dressing and CLA (123)

323 total for my first DD in ages. Feeling great!

Much needed DD after a ridiculous weekend of eating while out of town this past weekend.

B: Nothing, but H2O with lime
L: Pear chobani yogurt and red seedless grapes
D: Shirataki noodles and sauteed mushrooms.

The noodles were better today. I was prepared for the after taste this time.

I saw where they changed the nutrition info on their web site. The containers have changed a little where I go. They look a tiny bit smaller, and the lid is clear plastic. Does not seem like any less to eat though.
