Good to have you back Flat.

I think most of us have to restart at some point and I like to think of all of the 'slips ups' as learning experiences that lead us to where we ultimately want to be.

oh, i never left. i posted on other parts of lcf.

it is incredible though. today is day 2, and i feel so much better. I am NOT DIETING. I am eating what i want within the lc parameters i set for myself. Of course, I want to lose lbs & inches, but I am even more concerned with an improved biochemistry. And, it is not a rush job. Weight loss is not a math equation. It will happen when it will happen. FF

Okay....pull the wagon over, I'd like to get on.

I'm on day 1 (again!!!). My biggest problems seem to be staying in control in situations where I have no control. My job can be very demanding and stressful, but we have Friday's off in June and July, so I'm seizing the day and starting over.

I have been feeling lousy, so I'm with flat....doing it for my well being. Weight loss would be a nice benefit though.

yep... day 5 for me... its been super rough. i have lyme disease and a constant headache which has been TERRIBLE the last 3 days. im sipping broth for sodium right now to see if that helps. hopefully its just induction related and it passes... like super soon. i dont know how long i can deal with more pain.
i cant keep track of how many "day 1"s ive had in the last 15 years lol...
But I gotta stay on track now cause my Lyme disease cant be fed sugar and carbs...
terrible boat to be in cause i have nausea and headaches which makes the thought of meat and eggs unbearable. barf...
stay strong FF...

day 3 and all is well.

i am awaiting dinner..4 cheeseburgers (no buns of course)with a thin slice of tomato (or tomahto), and onion, and a bit of lc ketchup, washed down with diet snapple. YUMMO! FF

Today is Day 3 for me. Actually had a horrible headache yesterday and am wondering if it was a touch of the "induction flu" but I do feel a little better today. Well I better get off here to go make some scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast. Hope you all have a great day!

The headache might be due to dehydration . . keep drinking water, and add perhaps add some extra sodium. Might also be caffeine withdrawal if you've cut out caffeinated bevs. It will pass, so don't let it derail you.

Day 3 here, i'm sooo hungry and nothing to snack on at work as i forgot my lunch...white knucklilng till i get home....just was told all of my friends are going to Don Pablos on friday and that's my fav place, chips salsa and margaritas...i'm heart broken and will try to do my best....I'm trying to pick my hard, not fitting into summer clothes or not drinking margaritas and downing chips and salsa.....

Day 5 and all is well... @Bella, I think you might be right about the water. I really do not drink hardly any and I have not cut out the caffeine yet. I am a Diet Dr. Pepper addict (which I know is not good) but right now I am focusing on giving up the carbs later I may work on the diet soda...
