Hello!!

coffee/hwc and 1 vco and another coffee with 10% cream
chicken rolled in egg and dipped in crushed pork rinds and fried in bacon fat with a dipping sauce (l/c chilli sauce) and leftover Greek salad
pumpkin seeds

At Home food:
red pepper strips and celery with 3 oz cold cuts or roast
cream cheese clouds
pepperoni crackers

At Picnic food:
up to 12 steamed clams, and some broth from the unthickened clam chowder
either a burger or a dog if I'm still hungry but I'm pretty sure there's fillers in them.
and a diet pepsi if they run out of bottled water like they usually do

B-not sure, maybe just coffee w/hwc
l-spinach salad w/cheese vinegar and oil
d-my husband may make a pizza but leave off the sauce and make it extra cheesy and pepperoni-y. (gotta love being married to a pizza place manager!)

I went a bit high on carbs yesterday so I'm being EXTRA special careful.

D: Prawns sautéed with butter, white wine, chopped tomatoes, and topped with feta cheese. A side salad of romaine with ranch dressing
