WOE: Starting JUDDD at 107.8 lbs 5/8/13.
Start Date: Original start date 3/03 - Atkins
So, my DD yesterday turned into an UD. How do I fix this?

I've read here before to continue with my EOD plan and have today be an UD. But, I have no desire to do that - I am full, bloated, and feel gross.

I had a nice UD on Wednesday and started yesterday out strong - then I had a "tasting" I ended up going to for my mom's upcoming wedding. I ate SO MUCH. Then that resulted in a mini-binge last night (which happens when I drink - and I had so much wine with that tasting......) .

Ugggg. Can I go ahead and just do a DD today? Is there a "best course" to follow in these kinds of situations?

WOE: Back to JUDDD 1/5/15
If you got near your UD calories yesterday, by all means, have a DD today. No harm, no foul. If you only went over DD calories by a little, I'd make today an UD.

My DD calories are very low (288), so, yeah, I went waaaaaaaaaaaay over them. Nowhere near DD numbers. I couldn't even begin the guess at the calories I ate yesterday - but I'd say it was well over UD numbers..

I agree with Dawn ... if you were near/at/over up day numbers than a DD today is perfect.
