Wow. That BPC is yummy!

I'd say "Who knew?" but of course so many of you do. Been reading about bullet proof coffee here for months of course. Thought it sounded terrible. I drink my morning coffee black, no accessories, ever. So the very idea of fat in my coffee first thing in the AM---

Finally tried it because I felt I needed more fat in my woe. I used a TBSP of butter and a TBSP of coconut oil, HWC and a dash of splenda. I tried to whip it up with a stick mixer, as someone here said they got a nice froth that way. I didn't, but no problem. It tasted great.

I have made fat bombs, and used them, but only to stave off hunger when in a hurry. They're too rich for me, and I don't enjoy eating them. But this BPC, is just what the Dr. ordered. Never been a breakfast eater, but I think I just met my new breakfast.

Would love to hear all the ways you guys make yours. Looking for ideas and tips.

Tablespoon of CO and another of either Butter or HWC.
I used a stick frother most of the time, but not always.

I use a $20 frother. Easy peasy. I get some froth on top, like an anemic latte. If I froth the HWC and coconut oil together first, and then add the tea of coffee, there's more, but that's not my goal.

I mostly add coconut oil to my already normal additions of HWC and sweetzfree liquid Splenda, but you don't need to have anything but the fat if you don't want. When I make it with certain teas, I don't add the cream, just the Splenda.

I make it with tea and coffee.
