UD Friday - woo!

Hey folks! How's your UD going today?

I'm feeling pretty good-- skipped breakfast, then made a BIG salad for lunch-- details here: Just Fork It: My favorite salad

So:
B: x
L: huge salad, 2 slices of weight watchers raisin bread with a bit of marg and jam

D: not sure. Maybe steak? broccoli? leftover cobbler with icecream? I'm also going to try making "cherry garcia" sf icecream

I'm having a good day so far, lost 5cm round my waist so buzzing a little!

Skipped Breakfast
L: Yo Sushi Chicken Katsu Curry - Very Bad but oh, so good!
D: Homemade Lasagne with salad

Probably a few glasses of wine also..... It is Friday after all x

Turning into a bit of an UUAAD today

Lunch was grabbed quickly on the move and consisted of a bag of crisps (chips), my first for weeks. Followed by a bowl of ice cream when i got home from work mid-afternoon.

Dinner will be curry which i'm just about to cook. Will probably have a glass of wine too, as you say Genie80, it's Friday...

Total cals = 2000+ ah well, down day tomorrow - i'm almost looking forward to it

I'm so tired, and I just don't want to be at work today... Food-wise... mehh...

B: Coffee w/ creamer, plain cake donut, yogurt w/ bran
L: Lentil soup
S: Coffee, oatmeal w/ NPB
D: No clue
Might have a Captain & Coke or two later - it IS Friday! :jumpforjoy:

DD has bene asking for Chinese food, so sometime this weekend, we'll go the Chinese buffet... Not my favorite, but she and DH like it.

L: Small Wendy's chili with habanero sauce - since I'm not fasting right now, I haven't had this in a while and I miss it.
D: ?? I have plenty of calories left. DH is working a concert tonight, so maybe I'll take the kidlet out somewhere.

Happy Friday, all!

B: Everything BagelThin w/ LC wedge & roast beef slices
L: Ground turkey w/ sauteed cabbage & mushrooms
D: Not sure yet. Having friends over (from Australia!) tonight, so there will most likely be alcohol involved
S: ProtiDiet Chocolate Chip cookie

I am going to try and push my eating window further back in the day and skip more breakfasts on UDs. I just feel so much better on DDs when I don't eat til later. But, I also love breakfast!

Yep, no breaky for me today, just coffee w/ bit of sf creamer. Took DD out for lunch after her awards ceremony, had a grilled chicken garden salad w/ rasp dressing. Snack: ff greek yogurt w/ raspberries, then a brownie (mmmm!). Friday is always pizza night. Since it's an UD Friday, I'll be eating some. Still should have extra calories, crazily enough. I may have a drink or two. We'll see. It'd be a definite if it were warm outside. (which it so isn't!!!)

I had a protein bar a while ago.

Dinner will be KFC boneless chicken and corn.
