Here is my new quick treat to get in Coconut oil, what is yours???

I have gotten away from getting in my coconut oil. About a year ago I was really into it and felt great!! I can tell in alot of ways that I need to get back on it. I made up a quick treat this morning so I thought I would share it and hopefully others will share theirs too!
I am looking for just some quick and easy ways to get in 3T. daily.

Here is my breakfast this morning

In a bowl put 1T. coconut oil, 1 pkt. truvia, a few dashes of cinnamon and 1/4 cup pecans. Microwave 45 seconds. Stir to evenly coat all pecans and enjoy!

Really good!!

That sounds yummy, Jandjsmom. I used to sautee nuts w/butter and a bit of sugar for my salads. This sounds like a great LC substitute for salads or a snack.

Sounds like a good, easy to make substitute for Sweet Nut'ns. I might try it with salted nuts.

Same here...off the spoon. But I sprinkle stevia on it.

Off the spoon or in coffee or in fat bombs . . . let me count the ways.
Pecans sound divine (maybe with some shredded coconut) . . . put that's a treat only in my future.

This would be wonderful with a little full fat yogurt.
