Tuesday Workouts

Body combat done.

This week classes are all messed up because one of the gym's is getting new wood floors to replace the old carpet, yaaaaaaaaaay, but it effects my class taking schedule.

Start Date: June 1, 2012; Restart August 1, 2015.
1 hr at the gym with a personal trainer, not so much exercising but preparing to actually start working out with a trainer once a week, then 10 mins of cardio to warm up, about 45 mins of machines/resistance training, and stretching at the end.
