Absolute favorite DD meal???

I am starting 5/3 and doing it LC. I will probably save most of my calories for my evening meal.
What is your most favorite DD meal??

Don't know if I'd call it my favorite, but definitely my "go-to" DD dinner.

Grilled chicken breast - 3 oz
Italian or Normandy blend vegetables - 1 cup
133 calories

I put it on a small plate, and eat slow... savoring every bite! It's plenty for me...

One serving ff plain greek yogurt, 2 tab Pb2 mixed in with a few drops of liquid stevia. It's really more of a snack I guess, but this fills me up so much it feels like a huge meal on DD's.

Shiratki fettucine alfredo - shiratki, nonfat sour cream, parmesan, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, butter spray

Small eye of round steak w/ A1

Salad w/ small amount of red pepper italian

Calories depend on quantities used, however it is very reasonable for your DD dinner
and you can play around with quantities to tweak it to your individual preference.

I grill a couple chicken tenderlions on the stove, throw in a cup of steamed broccoli, add 2 tbsp of soy sauce, a little ginger and garlic salt and make a yummy stir fry...type thing. 130 calories.

Well, the one I need is the one I know I can find if I'm away from home, and stay on target.

Wendy's half-chicken salad, either the berry almond they have during the summer (now) or the apple. 340 calories. A good protein/carb/fat balance with some fresh produce.

Still leaves me calorie-space for one or two mini-meals at home.

I like the cabbage/chicken/cheese thing that has its own thread. Unless I'm potato-ing. I think potatoes are my fave DD meal.

When the weather was colder, I would say the cabbage soup from the
Cabbage Soup Diet. It's tasty and hearty and a cup is only 58 Calories;
trace Fat (5.9% calories from fat); 3g Protein; 13g Carbohydrate; 4g Dietary
Fiber; trace Cholesterol; 826mg Sodium

I don't think you could overeat your DD calories on this soup- it's amazingly
filling. I just don't think I'll be enjoying it again for a number of months, but
maybe some of our southern hemisphere Buddds would be interested now.

I like to buy rotesserie chicken and measure out 2 or 3 oz (breast, without skin), along with a veggie like asparagus for a delicious satisfying meal.
