Sharon, are you old enough to remember when Jackie Gleason said that??

Did 3 hrs. on the bike, and chased around the house after neighbors dogs got into our yard, a Jack Russell and a mini dachshund................needless to say, if we ever get another dog, it won't be one of those tiny ones

3 hrs. on the bike, and weight bar, 8 lb. weights and done for today. dh is napping, he is wiped out from yardwork, but won't call for someone to do it with extra large machinery......

Finally was able to do the two step, lol. For some reason, my ankle feels better while wearing rubber thongs, the worst shoe that there is

walk and workout today. Covered up with long sleeves so the mosquitoes would leave me alone. Beginning workout again. I will see the eye doc this afternoon for check up on left eye. All seems to be well.

Good, Loretta, hope the doctor gives you the "thumbs up"

Did 2 hrs. 40 min. bike time, that's it so far today, stuff keeps going on here, phone, neighbor's, relatives, etc.

Loretta, did you have trouble picking out some nice frames for your glasses, I was amazed at all the choices now, good heaven's, lol. Finally chose some like old fashioned horn rimmed ones, should get them next week. Glad you are good to go now!

Added some 6 lb. weights in awhile ago, felt like doing it.

I haven't gotten there, to the ordering of new glasses yet, Doris. I know what I am looking for since I will need trifocals. I want a wide enough lens and nothing too skinny.
Glad you found something you like Doris, Are the frames dark, that seems to be the trend.

Hope you are shake free today. Thank goodness all is well there. WTG on the house.

Forgot the exercise. Walk 4.6 miles, workout and now going out to wash and wax my car.

No, the aftershocks are still coming, we were in town quickly, and the Evergreen Market is famous now, for the video of the gal sweeping the floor, and suddenly dropping everything and running, lol.

Was hard to finish, but did 2 hrs. 40 min. on the bike..........phone calls galore, and phone calls asking for some more papers to be faxed, Lordy, the VA is something else with what they want to know, they could just look it up, in fact, but won't!!!

Tomorrow, there is a memorial service for our neighbor lady from across the street, who passed away in March, so we will go to that at 11, and not get too much time in on the bike.
