don't know why, BUT

my lust for fruit, outweighs my lust for candy, cookies etal. I just need to monitor my fruit consumption du jour. The Ferenghinar Empire was not acquired in a day. FF

When summer comes around and more fruit comes into season I definitely want to gorge on it. Love cherries, apples, grapes, watermelon, honeydew, and berries. I also get cravings for bananas every now and then.

However, that being said I can never turn down chocolate

Fruit is the perfect summer food. I can live on fruit and salads when it gets really hot. It's a part of my diet so that takes away any urge to overeat it since I know I can have it whenever I want.

I LOVE fruit, and miss it terribly, but its nice to know that when I reach goal and move into maintenance, I'll be able to have it occasionally as a treat. My favorite is watermelon.

just finished a small grapefruit. sweet and juicy.

the large ones were bone dry. i would like to have more berries, as they are lowest in sugar, but they are so expensive. FF
