Sorry -- newbie with ANOTHER question
Guys, I've been looking for this here on this site (and Googling), but just can't seem to find the answer, maybe not usiing right search terms.
Once you begin losing weight on JUDDD, right that you should alter (reduce) the caloric amount on Up Days? As in, someone who goes from say 170 to 150 pounds, will need less calories even if their activity level doesn't change? Is this a gradual process of adjustment?
And if so, wouldn't the Down Day amount be gradually reduced to as a percentage of the Up Day amount?

My first go around with JUDDD, I would wait until I was stalled for atleast a month then go back to the calculator. I figured if I was still losing at certain levels it was fine. Most of the time the adjustment isnt a huge adjustment in calories so unless your stalled a while dont mess with progress!!!
Current weight: 175 BMI: Obese
1st goal 163 puts me at Overweight!
2nd goal 139 puts me at Healthy weight!
3rd goal 125 puts me at Goal!
Long term, realistic goal....no medications!

Start Date: 2/21/12- Low carb (199lbs) 3/28/12 JUDDD (189lbs)
I only really lowered DDs. UDs took care of themselves. I just simply could not consume the volume I once could before JUDDD. I also lowered DDs to 150 so I could eat a bit more on UD if I pleased.

I've gradually lowered my UDs very slightly, and I mean very. When I re-calculated and lowered them to what the calc says, I stalled. So I've kept them up and lowered DD to what the calc says, and losses restarted. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!
