Calories over the past month or so
I may as well re-join you, huh? I am down 18 pounds in the past 5 weeks,
doing this calorie-thing. Many of my 700-800 calorie days, I had to really
work at getting those in (like today). I feel like I'd be happier at 400 calories
or so. I'm going out of town this week (be back Sunday) and I seriously am
considering going back to JUDDDing when I get home.
If at first you don't succeed, try doing it by the book...
