I want Starbucks!

The ONLY thing I've ever had at Starbucks was the Mochanut Frapawhatnot they haven't had in a few years. I can only imagine, or maybe I shouldn't, all of the carbs in those.

Tell me what to order! I want something less than 5 carbs, cold, vanilla-y, with whipped topping. Can be cinnamon too. Caramel is always a yes. Suggestions?!?

Venti Americano with SF Vanilla & Heavy Cream. Ask them to blend it. But hold the whip cream. I'm not positive but I'm pretty sure there is sugar in their whip cream mix.

If you can find an independent coffee shop, they usually have whip cream that is just cream.

Or bring your own can of whip and ask for the round lid, and out on your own stuff.

Good Luck!

An americano with 1/2 and 1/2 has been my go to.
I don't ask for it frothed, but if they can froth skim milk (in the capaccinos I used to order) they could probably froth the half and half or cream (I don't know about the additives).
I am going to start carrying MTC soil in a little jar with eye dropper, and see how that works.
It won't be frothed, but it will still give me a low carb pick me up treat.

What I usually get now is a double expresso in a tall cup and ask for a glass of ice water as well. Then I add the cream myself to the coffee so I can control the amount. (half and half is fine, 1/2 cup equals 5 carbs). Then if I want to turn it into an ice coffee I use some of the ice from the ice water and add a bit of water too. Before low carb it was easier because you could just have milk based drinks and it wouldn't bring up the calories too high, but when you cut out milk you either get a drink with not enough calories (ie. coffee) or a drink with too many! I find adding the cream myself just makes it easier because I can control the carbs and the calories! For fun I looked at the starbucks menu once and saw that a lot of the drinks on there could almost replace a meal for a LC person! That is not what I want, I still want to go home and have dinner at night.

DH gets an americano with the SF cinnamon dulce syrup and 1/2 and 1/2. Close to 5 carbs as long as you don't go crazy with the 1/2 and 1/2.

This is weird but I like heavy whipping cream with a sugar free syrup. I don't too much care for the coffee stuff lol

You can ask them to froth the cream. Some people think they can't froth the cream because they are not used to doing that, but it froths up good if they will do it.

I get a double expresso medium-long (so, shorter than an Americano but longer then a short) than ask them to complete the cup with lots of cream, frothed so it's hot. I'm not into to syrups, but obviously you can have them add whatever sugar-free syrup you want with that.

Decaf Americano with 2 shots SF cinnamon dolce and 1" heavy cream. Then I add a little cinnamon to it from their "add your own stuff" bar.
