Looking for the Holy Grail of menus!

I have tried no grains or legumes etc. and it makes me crazy! All I want is a super simple menu that includes all the food groups, doesnt hav low carb alternatives like coconut flour or ezek bread, doesnt hav recipes as i prefer plain whole foods and comes in at under 100 grams of carbs per day. Why is this so hard to find??? Please share your links with me if you know where I can find such a menu.

Try this:

Also on Linda Sue's website, she lists her menus and even has recipes. What a wealth of information. This will get you there:

If you don't like to cook or use things like coconut flour and all that, I'd suggest just using the Atkins Induction foods list (or southbeach if you want to use grains and legumes) and keep it as simple as possible.
If you're not using recipes, really there's not a lot involved in making a protein, 1-2 veggies and your grain/legume side.
Most typical low-cal plans have that format
