ah yea, definitely time to celebrate, Monica!!

Had a piece of cinnamon toast w/ coffee & sf creamer so far today. Brunch with my folks (will have an eggbeater omlette w/ veggies, few bites of potato & black coffee) Dinner is undecided. As always, will count calories as I go so I know where I'm at.

My boring old UD menu . . .

B: Everything bagel with cream cheese, coffee (355)
L: Banh Mi with Sriracha (320)
D: Rotisserie chicken (impressed with Costco's rotisserie chicken!), and I'll add some sides (??)

I brought an apple for a mid-day snack.

L- ground turkey stuffed green pepper topped with cheese and salsa
D- salmon with tartar sauce, veggies, chocolate almond milk

Happy UD everyone!

I've been trying to stay really low carb this last week just to reduce the bloat from my girls weekend away this past weekend and before my 15 day big vacation which starts this weekend. But I blew it today. Oh well. I was in a rush for lunch so opted for panda express (which isn't even good "chinease" food). Estimating about 1200 cal for lunch. Nothing for breakfast which means I need to find about another 1400 for dinner and I defenitly need to make it low carb. I've got physical therapy tonight after work so I defenitly see more takeout in my future.

Mmmm, ribeye sounds good. Think we'll get some steak dinners to go (anyone else know Becks Prime? I LOVE having a high end steak take out drive thru by my house!)

Panda Express has a decent on-line meal builder with nutritional information if you don't want to estimate.

The sashimi was delicious, but once again I am in the aggravating spot of not being hungry enough on my Up Day to eat everything I WANT to eat! Grrr.
