protein bar recipes

Protein bar recipes - anyone have any good ones to share? Ive tried searching on this site, and none come up except in probably tucked into some mysterious thread.

Easy peasy ones would be appreciated

Triple Chocolate Low Carb Protein Bars Sin or Slim
3 Scoops Chocolate Whey Protein
1/4 c Cups TVP
1/2 Package Sugar Free Chocolate Fudge Pudding
3/4 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 Serving (28 nuts) Roasted Almonds
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
¼ cup sweetener
Crush almonds into bite size pieces using a food processor. Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Pour the mixture into a greased cooking tray and spread evenly. Refrigerate overnight and cut into 8 equal bars.
Fudge Walnut Protein Bars LCL
2 1/3 cups chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup butter
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup Splenda
Melt butter and cream cheese. Mix in designer protein and Splenda. This will be stiff and hard to stir (knead with clean hands if needed.) Add walnuts and mix again. Place in greased bread pan. (Sprinkle additional finely chopped walnuts on top if you like.)
Home Made Protein Bars Carolyn F
2 / one third cup chocolate or vanilla protein powder.
half cup butter , cocoa or vanilla essence to taste .
4 oz. cream cheese
half cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup splenda
Melt butter and cream cheese and cocoa. Mix in protein powder and splenda. Knead, add nuts, and mix again. Place in greased pan, sprinkle more nuts on top. Bake in moderate oven. Cook until brown.
CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BARS Samchoi
2 squares unsweetened baker's chocolate
4 Tbs. butter
4 Tbs. heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
6 packets Splenda
6 scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
1 & 1/2 cups chopped pecans
1 cup dried, unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup flax seeds, measured and then ground
4 Tbs. Sugar-free DaVinci
Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Mix in Splenda, and then add cream & vanilla, blending thoroughly. Add the protein powder and mix until powder is completely incorporated. Mix flax, pecans, and coconut together and pour over chocolate mix. Pour the sugar-free syrup over this and mix together with hands until well-blended. Line a 9" by 9" pan with plastic wrap and firmly press the incredibly sticky stuff into it. Cover with another layer of plastic wrap and chill.
Chewy Candy-like Protein Bars Jen
4 oz. spreadable cream cheese
Liquid sucralose to equal 1/2 Cup sweetener
1/4 cup powdered erythritol
3 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 oz. sugar-free chocolate chips OR 60 g. unsweetened chocolate, melted
21/4 cups vanilla whey protein
1/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
In food processor, process cream cheese. Add liquid sucralose, powdered erythritol, butter and vanilla extract; process. Add melted chocolate; process. Add vanilla whey protein and process on slower speed. Stir in chocolate chips. Place in two 8 x 4-inch loaf pans. Press down with plastic wrap to spread evenly. Mop surface with paper towel. Freeze half an hour and cut into 6 bars per loaf pan. Keep refrigerated until needed. They can be kept at room temperature, but they will be softer and moister.

Btw, if you guys want one you can grab and go, Quest protein bars are pretty tasty. And they don't have all kinds of crapola in them either.
