I have when I decided I was ok with slower losses. I can eat dreamfields pasta and not stall, but I don't do it often.

I have eaten them in the past. I do not eat them any longer as they are too high carb for me (I worry more about total carbs than net carbs though).

Only on the weekend I may have one for a fast breakfast. I have 24 horse stalls I clean and horses to get ready to go out on the track, so I need a fast something to eat on weekend mornings.

I have eaten them in the past. I am not eating them currently, as I'm in an extended induction.

When I did eat them, it was like maybe two or three in a month, and they didn't stall me at that frequency.

I have bought a few different varieties in the past and each and every one has ended up in the trash because I couldn't find one that actually tasted any good! It may just be a preference thing though, being in San Diego has made me into a "tortilla snob" and unless it's a good, authentic Mexican tortilla I don't want it, haha! I didn't have trouble with stalling when I would eat them in the past but I never had them often because I didn't like them so maybe that's why there was no stall....

I can eat one per day and not stall. I don't eat them daily though. It leads to inappropriate cravings for beans, rice, chips, etc...

I have found that Mission makes the best low carb tortilla I have ever tasted, taste just like the white flour ones I used to buy!! They are kinda spendy at almost 5 dollars per package, but if you just have then once in awhile its not bad, they have never stalled me.

I love the mission brand a lot. I just got the Mama Lupes awhile back and they are really good too. The mission brand doesn't seem to bother me. I haven't eatten enough of the ML brand yet to tell

My friend makes the most amazing chicken enchilada dip- you use quartered
flour tortillas to scoop it (well, actually, you spoon the dip onto the tortilla and
then eat it). Anyway, I made this for Bible study (8 of us) and served it with
the Mission brand tortillas. Not a one of them had the slightest suspicion they
were eating LC tortillas.

I have some in my fridge, somewhere.

I also worry about gross carbs more than net and every kind I've found is still off the charts for gross carbs. Plus with as much mislabeling as there is out there, I really don't trust their counts anyway.

Personally, I asked myself what was i using them for? Then I figured out what I could sub to take their place. I know that when I keep my carbs at their lowest, I tend to lose more constantly.

I haven't tried low-carb tortillas. I try to limit my wheat intake for the most part.

BTW, on the Dreamfields pasta, I would avoid that. Check out livinlavidalowcarb's "Considering The Reliability Of The Dreamfields Pasta ‘Low-Carb’ Claim" (you should just be able to google that). The short is that, after independent testing, multiple people saw no difference in blood sugar between "regular" pasta and Dreamfields' "protected carb" pasta.

I've eaten them in the past with no ill effects, but my favourite flat bread is Joseph's Lavash bread. Thinner than the tortillas but sturdy enough to hold the food. Plus they make fantastic crackers when scored and microwaved for 45 seconds. I spritz mine with olive oil and sprinkle with Janes Crazy Mixed Up Salt.

I eat the LC tortillas no problem, but I think it varies person to person. I have not tried the LC pastas out there and really have not had a desire too.

I'm not sure what brand we get - we picked them up at Sams. They might be wheat. They come in a box and usually on the tables with the pastry. No stalling for hubby or me when we use them. But my WOE allows a "grain" at breakfast (and 50 carbs a day) and when I go into maintance/metabolic adjustment I can add a "grain" to lunch and dinner.

I agree with everyone on the Mission Tortillas, best ones I have tried too! The small sized ones are labeled whole wheat and look it, but the larger ones are white and don't say it, but I would have thought they were the same ?? maybe not lol For the small ones they come to 3 net carbs a tortilla, I think that is a pretty good deal

I love the mission tortillas as well, but when I lived in Texas, there was a grocery store called HEB and they had a section where they made tortillas. They had low carb ones there, and they were awesome. I miss them so

That being said, I can't handle them because they just make me want more. I suppose if I could control myself they might be ok, or maybe for maintenance. I have gone overboard many a time by having tortilla and PB wraps :P
