Managed to get in 3 hrs. on the bike today, and 8 lb. weights. Power went off for awhile, due to thunder, lightning, and at least some decent rain.

Walked the dog twice today, he is enjoying the nice warm temps and sunshine.

Also, walked around Home Depot and Cdn Tire stores looking for stuff today.

Nothing too formal in the exercise dept today.

Dh just came in to see if I wanted to go on a little adventure. Looks like we'll be seeing Little Falls and Big Falls on High Mountain trail. What fun. I haven't been there since I was young. It's not far from town and a fun ride over creeks to get to the main trail. There should be a lot of spring flowers blooming right now too.

Sounds like a lovely ride, Sharon, were there alot of flowers still blooming?

Didn't do anything except sit in the car 4 hrs., strolled around mil's garden, went to the restaurant, and back, not in the mood yet to see if I'll do some weights in here at least.

Our ride was postponed because of brush fire. Waiting now until everything settles as that road is a dead end at the trail and don't want to be caught without a way of escape. Still going when it's an all clear from the forestry.

Well, Loretta, I Should be busy packing up, but had to get my hours in on the bike, doing kitchen chores every day, etc. I have put clothes to give away in bags, lots of extra warm jackets that are too warm, even for up here, but been kept anyway, so getting rid of that, to clear out closets. Tossed shoes, and tossed lots of recipes that I'll never make, and didn't make in the first place, lol.

Almost done with the days bike stuff, will finish after lunch.

Linda, if you were here, you could make short work of this stuff, I'm sure

Did get 3 hrs. 10 min. in on the bike, and kitchen chair exercises in between the chores. So glad we have a ceiling fan in there, it sure helps!! Something we added after our house was torn apart from the flood in 1997.

Boxing on tv this evening, so dh and I will be "dating"......lol.

I'll post the next week's thread tonight.
