B - 2 eggs with SF marmalade, coffee with HWC
2 - 50 mg ptero and 2 L-glutamine
cold boiled potatoes and broth for the rest of the day.

Was hoping to fast totally today but didn't happen. But I was able to go a lot longer than I have before and with NO BS issues which is awesome for me! In fact, not to get too off topic, but I'm starting to now think eating is causing my BS dips even when it's just protein. But I digress.

L: Hot Tea
D: cup of steamed mix veggies and string bean chicken from Panda Express (stupid airport food court of bad choices!!!). I think 250 cal total for today
