Aroy-D because it's the best tasting I've come across and it's just coconut milk, nothing else.

Made a Thai Coconut soup tonight with Aroy-D and it was awesome. I second what Dottie said about it. The "lite" just seems like watered down coconut milk to me.

Is this the same thing people use in their coffee? I found coconut cream, but it's in a brick like coconut butter almost. Is it thick enough to use like cream?

Geekin that's exactly what it is: coconut milk and water .
Make your own "light" and get 2x as much for the price of one can

Bobbin: coconut milk, in the can usually in the organic or ethnic foods aisles, is different from coconut milk beverage that you find in the refrigerated section.
For coconut milk, you want the ingredient to be just coconut milk, nothing else, though some brands have a stabelizer which is ok as well, but if it has more than those 1-2 ingredients, you're off into the "beverage" category (IMO).
