MD Monday - what's on the menu?
B- light greek yogurt (80) and a clementine (35)
L- grilled chicken sandwich with smoked gouda and bacon (600)
Leaves about 400 for dinner TBD- but that sandwich is sooooo worth it. I gobbled down half and am saving the other half for later!

I'm still having a tough time, today makes 1 week since Aleeya passed and I'm usually good with my DD's, but today is NOT happening, so I'm calling it a high DD or MD, and thought I'd salvage it by posting here with you TJ.
B: water, vitamins
L: salad with tomatoes, baby mozzarellas, olives, feta, minimal dressing. 5 french fries from my friend's pile
S: 3oz grilled chicken
3 slices bacon
D: not sure yet, maybe more chicken, and then some yogurt.
