UD Sunday: menu and plans

Yesterday's planned UD turned into an MD so today is my weekend UD. Day 7 of my within JUDDD full leptin reset programme (as I spent 21 days or so in transition to it).

B: a slice of black pudding (110kcals), a goat sausage (90kcals), a slice of egg bake (120kcals) and some roasted tomatoes (40kcals). Total=360kcals

L: roasted butternut squash soup (240kcals) with 20g added gelatine (80kcals). Total=320kcals

D: pizza that I didn't make yesterday plus some courgette oven fries. Budget of about 650kcals so I should be able to have some strawberries for pudding.

this make them only 1330 calories ,are you sure that this all what you can have in up days?

I didn't write that at all clearly, did I. I meant that the pizza and side-dishes have a budget of 650kcals which gives me some discretionary calories to 'spend' on a pudding if nothing else intervened during the day.

And apart from a very lovely neighbour's toddler giving me a 22kcal fruit gum, nothing else happened today so I can have the pudding.

(My DD is 317 and I borrow a little from my UD total to allow me to do approx. a 4:3 rotation rather than alternate days. So, over a week, I borrow about 650kcals from the UDs so that I can have a MD/UD weekend.)

Already at 1300 someodd calories. May go over a little today. Or just have a big salad for dinner.

I'm thinking of having ice cream for dinner. I had a big lunch and I'm craving Ben & Jerry's, but I should still come in a little under calorie today.

Lol, Lili -- ice cream for dinner sounds good! Well, it WOULD sound good, had I not just gorged myself at the Melting Pot with my family. We went out with my mom to celebrate Mother's Day and her two granddaughters birthdays all at once (she's going to be traveling on the actual dates) and... omg...

So... cheese fondue, all sorts of steak and shrimp cooked in court boullion and White/milk chocolate swirl fondue for dessert. I think it's safe to say I've had my first UUAD. I'm looking forward to DD tomorrow, I really am. My whole day is gonna say, like -- Tea and a tomato slice. lol :P

Best part of the Melting Pot is the cheese and the chocolate desserts. Totally worth the UUAD.
