Good luck to you Genie. If you find that you don't want to drink two shakes in a row I would suggest eating soup for dinner. Fills you up and I found myself to be more satisfied from that than the shakes during my induction phase.

Woohoo Genie, you can do it!

Hey gang! Nothing but coffee so far. My feet and fingies are freezing as usual.

Not sure what the plan is. If DH doesn't want to go out for dinner tonight, I'll just fast all day. If he does, I'll fast until then and have a house salad with vinaigrette, maybe a drink or two. We'll see how the day plays out!

Coffee for me thus far w/2 Tbsp. almond milk. Guessing around 20 calories.

Not sure for the rest of the day. I'm just not sure where I am right now. Was trying 4:3 and one of my 3 DD turned into a MD, plus was on TOM this week and still feeling bloated. Have not weighed in just yet b/c I don't think I'll like what I find. I so wanted the 4:3 to work for me, but I'm even finding trying to have a DD on a Friday hard. Not sure that it wont work for me, but I haven't really been super fatihful. Oh, well tomorrow is another day so guess I'll keep trudging along.

Genie! Love your picture, you're gorgeous!

I'm noticing feeling better and better each day this week (after our sad Monday). We have nice weather, and my DH went to visit his parents so it's just me and our boy dog hanging out.

I kept my mind off eating and being sad with some retail therapy today. Made it through costco without too much weird food and got a new pair of shoes for our user conference in 2 weeks.
Hopefully I can lose some bloat by then too.

B: water, vitamins including 2 pteroblue
L: 38 cal of chicken stock veggie soup
D: 7oz chicken, 1 bag of steamed broccoli

I'm at 458, so I'll probably skip the yogurt today.

I do have some yummy treats planned for myself tomorrow, and since DH isn't home, I can indulge in some stuff he wouldn't normally eat (namely, eggplant!).
