bfast - fat bomb - 2 egg yokes (heavily salted)

lunch - taco salad with shrimp, lettuce, salsa, guac, sour cream. No rice or beans (obvi) and no chips. Maybe a diet coke (trying to cut back).

Dinner: Salad with cesar dressing and macadamia nuts (maybe half an avo if ripe).

Trying to do high fat today and mod. protein. have a killer headache and some lower back pain (kidney?) which is probably just a combination of allergies and going to the gym but i am going to err on the side of caution.

I had salami and tuna salad for brunch, and I think I'm having some sort of spicy ground beef/string bean/jalapeńo skillet thing for dinner. I'll make it up as I go along, maybe add some cheese, but I'm not sure yet.

Lots of water, and maybe some Diet Mountain Dew.
