S - no bake oatmeal drop cookies 160c
L - salad with turkey 400c (not sure on this one might grab something else)
D - Turkey, mashed potatoes and green beans 400c (ish)

Working towards more than 1800 calories today...

Coffee with 3 T. sugar free Coffee Mate (60 calories)
B: 1 egg, 3 slices bacon, 2 slices low cal bread (260 calories)
L: 3 oz. turkey, 2 slices low cal bread, 2 t. low cal mayo (216 calories), 1 cup homemade White Bean and Sausage soup (255 calories)
S: Chicken breast coated with Fresh Takes seasoning, 1 C. Knorr Pasta (626 calories)

Still leaves me with about 1035 calories to work in. I also have some watermelon. Maybe will try to work in some snacks.

I'm not super counting on my UDs just yet... Trying to get back into the swing of things.

b: low carb cinnamon coffee cake
L: about 6 pork back ribs, 1 slice of bacon, 1 piece matzoh with margarine and a drizzle of honey
water, vitamins
D: rib steak, some sort of veggie, and then ice cream and a LC brownie.

we have a surplus of LC bake mixes that I wanted to clear out of the house, so DH is getting his bake fix by making them. Not my best idea ever (in the weeks leading up to the client conference I've been stressing about all year) but it is what it is.

So far, 3 cups of coffee with creamer.

I really want a big sandwich for lunch but I'm going to get a salad. Every UD has been an UUAD for me and I think maybe I need to tell myself it's a MD today so I can actually achieve the 1900 allotted UD calories Gotta trick my brain I guess!

Me too lili. It's the darnedest thing! I just ate a Greek Yogurt and half a pb&j sandwich. Oh, but it was yumms! I think that added about 270 to the daily total, but oh well.

Cranberry moonshine with Sprite Zero. Hehe, have to use up the moonshine, you know. I wouldn't want it to go bad.

Yes Dawn, do be careful. My experience is that wine and vodka and such can go bad very, very quickly. Better safe than sober.....er......sorry I always say!

Stats: Re-started Judd on 8.5.14
WOE: Juddd
Start Date: 3.26.12
B- FF greek yogurt (80)
L- 2 slices cheese pizza - large pie, no toppings, my app has this as 850 cals - yikes! that seems high. going to Google to get some other counts. I used 1/4 of a 16 inch pie. Plus a cup of cherry tomatoes (27)
S - 2 small chocolates (30)

Leaves me about 900 or less for dinner if the pizza count is correct. Thinking a chicken sausage and pepper/onion stirfry. Maybe with shrimp. Maybe over pasta.

Well, I can't figure out how to do the ...why is this in italics? i can't figure out how to do the multi-quote thing, but that could have something to do with 600 kcals of white wine. And i feel fine, thanks...every other day at a time...

Dawn...do you have a calorie count on that cranberry pony??? LCG, it IS better to be safe than sober! Hurray! for up days!

I'm counting it as 70 calories per ounce, which is close to regular alcohol. This stuff is 100 proof (so stronger than normal, but not nearly as strong as some) and the cranberries in it add a little flavor, but it's not sweet. Hoping for the best.

And you are safe in the knowledge that the cranberries ensure you are getting one of your five a day. So gratifying.
