UD Sunday - let the feasting begin!

Well not for me. At least not till tonight. Taking the (grown) kids out to a nice dinner so saving all my cals for a blow out meal. And there WILL be desert. Have a wonderful Sunday.

Got a bit too hungry and dragged down and scarfed down a quick 300 cals in crap while out this afternoon and feeling faint. There goes my glass of wine with dinner later -

B-coconut cake, handful of Munchos, coffee w/gobs of HWC

L-Bojangles chicken and biscuits

D-Possibly more chicken...possibly a smoothie, definitely a cupcake w/coconut frosting

Hi ladies and gents,

MMMM, Kissa, your lunch (Steak and Ale pie) sounds to die for! I've never tried it before. Do you make it yourself?

Here's my menu for today:

B. Broccoli and lowfat swiss omelette, toast
L. Chicken fried rice w/ sugar snap peas
D. Baked potato w/ green onions and ranch dressing, few slivers of Buddhig smoked ham

Evening snack: 5 grain bread with pb and honey

Had a grapefruit as a snack, and picked up lunch on the way home from my friend's. Quarter pounder with cheese and half of a strawberry and cream pie. That only leaves room for wine and 300 calories for dinner. I can live with that.

Fasted till about 3 PM but with a good workout this morning and too much caffeine I started to get shaky. I was at work and the only thing available was chocolate and chips. Ate those but then had a great dinner of wings and ribs and bread pudding. A little bit of each so kept in calories. Sounds greasy but it was a gourmet meal in a very nice place. Yum and NO UUAD!!!

I had to look up Mexican haystacks, Tex. It sounds like a taco salad, except for the rice. I think I might try that soon!!
