Icelandic Yogurt vs. Greek Yogurt

Has anyone ever tried Icelandic yogurt (also called skyr)? I was given a few of them, and its pretty good (I had the orange & ginger flavor), and ok on carbs as far as yogurt goes. Definitely not for induction or anyone staying vlc. The ingredients and nutrition facts are below, but I was curious if anyone has tried this instead of eating greek yogurt. It's very thick like greek, almost thicker I think.

Ingredients:
Pasteurized Skim Milk, Organic Agave Nectar, Candied Ginger, Orange Extract, Live Active Cultures
