fat fast ideas

Well, I am in need of a change. Before I really spiral out of control, I am home this week and want to do a fat fast for at least 3 days.

I'd like some help, advice, pointers, menu ideas from all you fantastic, wise, lc friends...any help/insight will be appreciated.

Hey Luca - don't know if you have a Kindle, but if you do, Dana Carpender and others recently released a Fat Fast cookbook that is very helpful, with lots of ideas/specifics, recipes, etc on fat fasting. Of course, I have yet to actually DO a fat fast, but it's in my plan as soon as I get my eating under control!

And yet, when we're discussing a disorder in which the defining symptom is the abnormal growth of our fat tissue, the hormones and enzymes that regulate that growth are considered irrelevant."
