will skin EVER shrink?

When i was younger, I lost weight....much easier, faster and my skin bounced back. My question to the Golden Years members is: What will all the extra square inches of skin do as weight is lost? My neighbor did WW and said altho her Birthday suit shrunk, her skin didn't. What gives and what is your experience?
I don't wear sleeveless tops or shorts but I still am curious.

Nope, not at our age. A good plastic surgeon can help though.

some people fare better than others, but don't count on it. just be thankful you aren't dying to bare all in a bikini like so many of those poor really young ones. they think they can lose 100+ lb without leaving any sign of it. not likely. we should have thought of that before we got so fat, eh? LOL I think we are just lucky if we can get somewhat smaller, hanging skin or not. good luck!
