I passed the ULTIMATE test!!

Cold, left over pizza from my favorite place!! OMG it smelled so good when I opened the fridge this morning The ONLY thing that saved me was the scale just told me I lost 30 pounds!! Doing a dance now!!

I realized then I can pass up anything because left over cold pizza will be my Death Row Last Meal and if I can pass up that, anything is possible!!!

30 POUNDS BABY!!

So proud of you for fighting temptation AND 30 pounds gone forever!!!

Cold pizza is so hard to beat, especially your favorite kind. We can't keep that stuff around, luckily no one eats pizza here regularly.

I read an interview with the actress Kristen Bell the other day and she said that she scrapes the top off of the cold, leftover pizza and puts it in her scrambled eggs for breakfast. (Obviously another thin Hollywood low carb actress....)

I tried it and it's wonderful! Highly recommend.

I do believe that is the official test. You can indeed do anything! And congrats on the message from the scale!

Back in the olden days the main reason I got pizza was for the cold pizza breakfast the next day.

Bravo! That just feels awesome, doesn't it? I always try to remember that feeling of being on top of the world and in control (instead of the food/cravings/emotions controlling me!) when I'm feeling tempted to cheat. Because that choice to stay on plan always feels better (and looks better ) than giving in to what I'm wanting.
