Feeling crappy after an UUAD

Has anyone ever experienced this? My UUAD wasn't even that bad, maybe about 500-700 cals over what it should have been. This morning I woke up feeling more hungry than usual, so I ate a little something. The past few hours I've been feeling extremely tired and achy all over. Is this normal?

Yep, BTDT! It doesn't happen to me every time, and I think it has to do with what I ate. I usually do feel more hungry the next DD after an UUAD, especially a carby one. Hang in there! You'll feel better tomorrow.

Yeah I thought about the sick thing...I guess it could be that. I'll keep an eye on my symptoms. I honestly hope and pray it isn't sickness because I have already been sick sooo many times this winter/spring as well as all 3 of my kids, and I don't think I have in it me to deal with all that again.

Chalagurl, whenever I feel like I am on the verge of coming down with something, I mainline (JK-just take lot) Emergen-C and it usually reverses the process, keeping me from sliding into sickness. To do this, I buy a package of the Target brand of Emergen-C (store brand is fine, flavor does not matter-but I like the rasberry or other fruity one) and then mix 5 to 6 tablets in a big bottle of water (50 oz bottle of Smart Water does the trick). I sip on the Emergenc-C-Water mix for a couple of hours. I might do another of this mixture at night with 3 tablets in a 33 oz bottle. Trust me, it works! Plus, Emergen-C is all natural and is basically just a ton of vitamins that help support your immune system to do its job. Swear by this stuff!
