Just Starting Today!

My first day is done and it was a success mentally. I am very excited to keep rolling and from what I've read I will steer clear of the shakes and bars for at least a couple of weeks. My goal is to drop 25 pounds total. I am so amazed by how much carbs are in all the food we eat. Great to have a board likethis to ask questions on too! Here's to all of us trying for the first time!!

Getting past those first few days is tough but well worth the effort. Welcome and good luck on your journey...wait, you don't need luck but you will need to eat butter, cream, and all sorts of yummy fat
