"The Fast Diet" ebook on sale for $5.49

Those of you who have a Nook or Kindle can get the book for $5.49 this weekend.

Barnes & Noble announced a 50% off sale on select best sellers for Nook and this is one of them. Amazon then matched the price for Kindles.

Dr. Mosley's book is now #3 or #4 on the best seller list, so this is a good deal. I paid the full price for it when it came out, just a few weeks ago.

Oh, and if you don't have a Kindle or Nook, you can download the software for your computer or device, and read it that way. Have a look and test it with a free book first to be sure you are comfortable reading this way.

I'm tempted to buy the book, but is there new information about intermittent fasting that is not already covered in Dr. Johnson's book?

Oh heck, I'll probably buy it anyway!

I just noticed that Kate Harrison's 5:2 diet book is only $2.99 and can be borrowed for free by Prime members.
