A sample daily menu on NK?
Hi I was wondering if people could post a sample of their daily menu that works for NK. I am having some problems with my daily menu and would like some ideas as to what I could change that might work. Thanks so much!

I post my menu daily on the main board and it falls within my range of 14g net carbs, 92g fat 55g protein. There are others in the daily thread who are also n.k..

"bulletproof coffee" organic coffee, with tsp of grassfed butter and tsp of coconut oil.

2 pm lunch my own antipasta (roasted peppers, pickles, mozzarella, bacon), or warm bacon/spinach salad with avocado and hb egg.
6pm dinner meat and broccoli, or pulled pork and stevia and mayo coleslaw. (many other dinners, just a sample)
then I might have some coconut oil chocolate.
stop eating by 8 pm.
trying to keep to the IF protocol while sticking to ketogenic.
