Whole30 x 3 for me! Eek!

I've officially committed to a Whole90! So nervous because 3 months of perfect eating is a reeeeaaaalllly long time! LOL! However, I did 30 days of it, so I can do an additional 60. Except...I'm starting fresh at day 1 (I'm actually already on day 3). I will say that I got blood work results back, and internally the Whole30 improved my cholesterol, insulin, blood sugar, and CRP (inflammation) to either near-normal or normal levels. This hugely excites me! Wish me luck!
~ "Before"- 227lbs (2008)
~ "Current"-185lbs (April, 2013)
