Meat with cream cheese-Yum

I'm a long time LC/maintainer and one of my favorite things has always been to fry up either a roll of spicy breakfast sausage or diced up bacon and not drain the grease, but stir in cream cheese, then I stuff it in baby bella mushrooms and bake, but honestly, I could just eat the mixture with a spoon and not even use the mushrooms. Just wanted to share in case anyone wanted to try it. This has been one of my favorite go to meals for almost 10 years! Making the bacon/cream cheese mushrooms right now for dinner

I've made these for a long time! But I've never mixed the bacon and cream cheese with the bacon grease! That defintely sounds like it would add even some more flavor! Can't wait to try that!! These have long been a favorite appetizer at any and all family events.

OH!! Another one I really really love is Cream Cheese, mixed with Dried Beef, and Green Onions. I use it to stuff in celery. So amazingly yummy!!!!

When I make them, I fill them before baking them. Then I bake them at 375 for about 20 minutes. You can tell when they're done because the mushrooms are fairly soft, and the juice from the mushrooms is running onto the baking sheet.
