Not satisfied today, and now having cravings

Easter dinner for me was ham, deviled eggs and brussel sprouts. Everyone else had the hashbrown casserole, carrot cake, German chocolate cake, etc. I'm hungry. I'm craving sugar, which is rare. I don't know what to have because nothing sounds good. I need something rich and filling. Any ideas?

I'd go for a little chunk of cheese, maybe on a low carb cracker.
That's just what popped into my head.
Or some olives or avocado.

Thanks. I don't have any type of crackers. Well, there are crackers here, but not any I can eat. If I had legal crackers I would go hog wild.

Sounds weird, but I've been having some of the same cravings lately. For me, having a couple pieces of bacon, with some mayo on them is AMAZING! Feels like I'm cheating, but it's so yummy and satisfying, and I love it! It's my favorite go to snack right now.

fat helps me sometimes - coconut oil, mayo or something buttery, pickles help (if you like them) - in fact I like pickles with may and cheese

Hard boiled eggs, with mayo, or a mustard/mayo combination. They're filling, and the fat helps a lot. You also can't eat a ton of them at once.

Sometimes when I want something, but can't quite figure out what, I make egg drop soup. It's quick and easy, and it satisfies my need for savory and hot.
