Subway Tuna salad?

any idea what i consumed calorie and carb wise? 4 little icecream scoops of tune on spinach with maybe 6 tblspoons of ranch.

I believe it's just chunk light tuna and low fat mayo, so if you can't find it on Subway's online nutrition info, you can use that to estimate.

But I'm 90% sure it's on their site.

According to this, a subway tuna salad with all the veggies, no dressing is 290 calories, 10g carbs, 4g fiber, not including dressing. (I'm assuming you did not have "double meat")

Their Ranch dressing for 57g = 4 tbsp is listed as 290 calories, 3g carbs, 0 fiber. (so 6 tbsp = 435 cals, 4.5 carbs.

So total would be 725 calories, 14.5 carbs, 4g fiber.


You do know that you can find most of this info on any restaurant website... by law they have to list it now.

Can't be a very good law when Logan's Roadhouse STILL won't list their nutritional information Pretty sure they're covering up a whole lot of nasty surprises on their menu!

As a side note though, I wish all sites had meal builders like certain ones do. It's nice to be able to figure out what's in a bunless burger... or what happens to a salad when I remove tomatoes, onions, and croutons
