Fibromyalgia and low carb.

Does anyone else who suffers from fibro notice an improvement or a worsening of their symptoms while low carbing?

I have noticed a positive effect among my family but want to know if it is something that is common?

I definitely see a major improvement when LCing.,I have figured out that gluten plays a big part in my pain levels so it would make sense that a LC WOE would help. Potatoes also cause pain issues for me, so once again, a LC diet works great.

Yes I suspect at least all the women in my family shouldn't eat wheat so that probably plays a part.I suspect that as the weight comes off, the reduced strain on the system does probably help too.
