Update: No aches and pains!

I have been low carbing for almost a month now. Usually Saturdays are my 'recovery' days-I bascily lay on the couch, full of aches and pains.
Last Saturday I felt pretty good. Today I feel awesome! Full of pep and no aches and pains-although it was a busy work week.
I am DEFINATELY sensitive to carbs.
Has anyone read the Carb Sensitivity Program I just ordered it from the library.

Yay! That's great!

I notice my aches and pains have gone down considerably too since starting LC. I used to ache every day to the point where I had to run baths with epsom salt every night just to be able to sleep... now I'm almost never in pain. It's great!

I haven't suffered from aches and pains but a year ago I was beginning to worry about the varicose veins appearing on my legs and they seem to have disappeared! I didn't know that was possible. It may be LC or yoga or the combination of the two but either way I'm thrilled.

I just don't understand how the medical community, for the most part, IGNORE the benefits of a low carb diet. I know I will NEVER go back to sugar and wheat!

Yep, me too. Now when I do have a flare up, I can usually nail down the reason. So many years lost...
If you are interested, google "nightshades and pain". Makes me think twice before I eat tomatoes.

It really is amazing.
I remember after reading "wheat belly" thinking that some of Dr. Davis' claims were simply to 'over the top'....I still feel that way about some of claims, but I gotta admit when he said going gluten free and lc (once you get past the title you realize wheat belly is a lc plan) would eliminate joint pain, I thought that was an exaggeration.
Well, it isn't.
And it happens quickly too...I lost the pain in my knee in less than a week of going lc.
Glad you are enjoying life again.
